The Boston Qualifier Plan: $99 per month.
Have you always wondered what it would be like to toe the line at Hopkinton at the most prestigious marathon in the country? Or know what it’s like to climb Heartbreak Hill? Or finish on Boylston in front of tens of thousands of cheering fans?
We have helped many runners get their BQ with a solid race plan that focuses on the speed and endurance you need for that dream race.
We design your plan around the qualifying time that you need in your age group and make sure you have some time to spare. You’ll have a training plan that includes tempo runs, hill repeats, and interval work with specific paces. You’ll also have a strength training program to prepare your body to handle that kind of training as well as give you the power and speed for whatever BQ race is best for you. This plan is $99 per month and includes your running training plan as well as a custom strength training plan.

The Badwater or Western States Plan: $149 per month.
You are an ultra runner and you know that it takes a special kind of training to be successful in these longer races. Its not just the long runs on the weekends. Its the varied training in between those long runs that prepares both your body and your brain for the rigors of ultras. We know what it takes to get to Badwater and Western States because we’ve prepared people for these exact races. One of your Coaches is a Badwater winner and your other Coach prepared her for those Badwater wins. We know the demands on your mind and body, as well as how to achieve the milestones leading to that ultimate performance.
This plan includes a strength training program that will prepare your body for the demands of both trails and longer runs. Your running program is tailored to train both your body and brain for the challenges of ultra running. Becoming a fat adapted runner is also an option in this plan. We will guide you in teaching your body to run on fat for longer runs, even energy, and no bonking.
This plan is an investment of $149 per month and also includes injury guidance should any aches and pains arise during your training. You do the work in putting in the miles, let us help you keep training consistently by keeping you healthy and strong.

The Injury Recovery Package: $149 per month.
If you love to run yet continue to be plagued by injuries that keep holding you back, this is something you won’t find anywhere else. Our specialty area is helping runners recovering from an injury. Our job is to transition you safely back to a running program. Where your orthopedic surgeon and physical therapist stop, we take over.
We will analyze your movement patterns, mobility, strength, and how you run. We will put this data together to guide you back to a running program that your body can adapt to and get stronger. Most physical therapists are not experts at analyzing runners. Their job is to restore your range of motion and strength, not to get you back on the road or the trails. That is our job! If your physical therapist released you without watching you run to make sure you were balanced and symmetrical, please let us do that for you.
This program is $149 per month and include an ongoing, in-depth biomechanical assessments of how you move, from squatting to walking to running. These can all be done either in person or via video. We have used this plan with clients on five continents, so your location is not a limiting factor. This plan includes a custom strength training program to improve your resilience, and an individualized running program with your recovery needs in mind. We will monitor your running metrics daily, such as cadence, ground reaction forces, mechanical efficiencies, etc in order to keep you moving forward with a minimal loss of training time due to injury.

The Couch to Marathon Plan: $199 per month.
This is for the person who is just tired and ready for a change. You might have friends who exercise and you can see how great they feel. They seem to have so much more energy. You want that energy too!
You think about starting on some kind of a fitness program but you don’t really know where to start. You need guidance when it comes to what to eat, how to keep from hurting yourself, and how to work your way up in terms of exercise. Basically you need some guidance in where to begin and how to keep going. We have put this plan together specifically for you.
For $199 per month, you get twelve months of the best of everything that we offer. Yet it starts at where you might be most comfortable…..at square one.
There is daily nutrition coaching over a full year that works with you to find the kind of eating that works best for your body. We set incremental goals for walking and then jogging. The full year program would include a 5k, a 10K, a half marathon, and then a full marathon around the 12 month mark. We will guide you each step of the way.

Running is an important part of stress management yet you don’t want to be bothered with the details. This $249 per month plan takes all of the planning out of your hands and lets you focus on just getting outside.

Schedule an in-person run. $10 per person for a group run (minimum of 4) or $50 for an individual (up to 90 minutes).

Fat loss and body recomposition program: $99 per month
If you’ve ever tried to run to lose weight, you might have been surprised by the results. You worked hard to put in the miles and you just didn’t lose much body fat. You might have felt better and your performance improved, yet your clothes fit the same. Or even more surprisingly, you GAINED weight from running. Yes, it happens.
There is quite a bit of research that shows that running by itself (as well as other forms of aerobic activity) just does not produce the fat loss and body composition changes that we would expect them too. It turns out that nutrition is much more of the driving component in fat loss than putting in more and more miles.
If you are interested in fat loss, we can give you the nutritional guidance that you need to make lasting changes. This is year long program with educational content delivered by Precision Nutrition that gets to the root of WHY we eat. The program is a full 12 months in duration.
What are some actual body composition changes made in this program?
Here is one example. This is a 70 pound weight loss that took place over ten month period.
